Sales Account Executive

The specific mission is to evaluate sales leads from an existing database determine viability of sales opportunities. Collaborate as a sales team member to ensure unsurpassed customer service to all Century GSE customers. The position will ensure that all customer and Century GSE requirements are met to the extent of our ability and consistent with good business practices.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Direct sales effort primarily via telephone, but also via email and fax.
· Warm and cold-calling effort to evaluate leads and stir up opportunities.
· Foster an environment as a team member that is open, honest, and fun
· Collaboratively work with Sales teams, management, and other departments to ensure unsurpassed customer service for account requirements
· Perform accurate and timely receipt of all documentation including, but not limited to purchase orders, sales orders, repair orders and transit orders
· Assist in project coordination of all aspects of transactions to assist team in reaching sales objectives
· Review past sales reports to determine future sales opportunities and provide feedback to Account Executives and/or take action as appropriate to proactively pursue opportunities
· Other duties as assigned

· Must be professional and articulate
· Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, FileMaker and other computer applications
· Ability to communicate ideas and strategies
· Ability to prioritize simultaneous requests for attention
· Unique ability to build lasting relationships
